Extruder direct drive
The process of extruding the filament in Tycoon model is based ondirect drivesystem. This solution assumes placing the extruder that pushes out the material for printing directly on the print head. The shortened path of the filament allows to reduce extruder motor vibrations. It also provides faster retraction and more efficient extrusion of flexible print materials. Located on the Kywoo3D Tycoon printhead, the distinctive red circle makes loading the print material easier.
Automatic printer leveling
Kywoo3D Tycoon is equipped with aBLTouch sensorthat makes it easy to level the work table. This solution in addition to a large time savings allows you to achieve maximum accuracy and quality of printing. The printer also makes small calibration corrections during printing.

Stable construction with high quality materials
Stable linear bearings of X-axis, double Z-axis and gantry frame used in Kywoo3D Tycoon increase theaccuracy of device work by 30%in comparison with traditional pulley systems. The above solutions significantly increase the stability of operation while reducing vibration, resulting in more efficient printing with high final quality. The double Y-axis, synchronous belt and double gantry also dampen vibration to prevent wobbling.

Kywoo3D Tycoon is controlled via a responsive 3.5''HD touchscreen display. Clear design of individual icons, makes it easy to navigate through the options of the printer. The menu is intuitive and does not cause problems even for less experienced users.
A huge advantage of the printer is a built-inWiFi connectivity module, which allows you to easily connect the 3D printer to your home wireless network. This allows files to be transferred directly to the printer from a desktop or laptop computer via the Cura software.

Kywoo3D Tycoon is equipped witha 32-bitmotherboard with silent TMC2208 stepper motor drivers. It provides stable fast operation without generating excessive noise.
The printer uses abranded power supplyunit equipped with thermal protection. The subassembly ensures high efficiency. Its design allows for efficient heat dissipation.
Felt sensor and print resume function
The filament sensor automatically pauses the printer when it detects the end of the printing material or when it is suddenly interrupted without damaging the printout. The printer resumes operation after thefilamentis replenished.
In the event ofa sudden power failure, Kywoo3D Tycoon also stops printing without damaging the resulting 3D model. Once power is restored, operation automatically resumes.
