ATMAT Signal Pro is a 3D printer made in Poland. It is designed to print elements with dimensions of 300 x300 x 500 mm.The device has been closed in a sealed working chamberequipped with acarbonfilter. The printerhasa double extruder, enablingprinting in differentcolors or materials. Fullyautomatic calibration of the work tableallows to obtain a perfect first layer. The integrated10.1"touch screenwithintuitive menus can also act as an image display from the built-in camera. Built-in WiFi module for wirelesscommunicationand wide angle camera foronline printpreview.LED illumination ofthe work chamber provides excellent visibility of the printer in dark areas.

The Signal Pro ATMAT printer is equipped withDIRECT-typeextruder,which allows to print from a wide range of filaments, such as: PLA, PET-G,ABS, TPU, PC, PA, ESDandsupport filaments: HIPS, PVA.

The device is equipped with adouble extruderhead, allowingto print with filaments of differentcolours or from differentmaterials, includingsupporting ones. It allows to print frompractically every material available on the market, providing unlimited production possibilities.

Wireless communication
The Signal Pro ATMAT printeris equipped witha WiFi modulethat allows wireless control of the print from a computer or smartphone. With wireless communication, it is possible to remotely transfer files to the printer, start the printing process and control print parameters. A camera with a wide-anglelensbuilt into the working chamber allows forremote viewing ofthe print.

Active heating control
The device has asealed, aluminum constructionwith heating control system. Signal Pro can maintain aconstant temperature inside the chamber, regardlessof the conditions outside. The warm air flow control system used in the printer ensures proper working environment for demanding materials, preventing delamination and tearing the prints from the surface.

Table calibration
Automatic work table calibrationsaves a lot of time and ensures correct printing. Before starting work, the head calibrates its position in relation to the distance from the table, this action is repeated in several places on the table so that the distance is equal in each place.

Health and safety safety regulations
The device has been equipped with a number ofsafetyfeatures. The Signal Pro printer is designed to work in office environments and production halls. The head is equipped with a built-in LED light, which indicatesreadinessto work and heat up to high temperature. All dangerous elements of the printer have been speciallymarked. The printeris also equipped with a safety button,which immediately stopsthe printer.
