Arduino projects – a simple weather station
\n<\/h2>\n

\nOne of the best examples of interesting Arduino projects that can be quickly built to develop your skills is a simple weather station<\/strong>. Contrary to what you may think, building one actually isn\u2019t all that difficult. All that you need is a couple of basic elements. The core of the project is Arduino version Uno Rev3. If you\u2019re living in a place that struggles with air pollution, you might also want to use a particulate matter sensor<\/a> that will give you valuable information about the air quality. The output is produced on an LCD display with 2 rows of 16 characters. As a base, you can use the Arduino breadboard with 170 pins<\/strong>. To power the device, you can use a 5V battery, or some kind of external power source. If you\u2019re advanced, you can combine the two methods.\n<\/p>\n

This project, which makes use of an Arduino module<\/strong> and some LED RGB strips<\/a>, can be easily controlled through Bluetooth. Similar to the previous design, the power source can be either external, or you can use a battery. The visual effects achieved by this project are only limited by your imagination. You can create your own programming for the device with predefined settings, or even dynamically change the pattern and dimness in real-time.\n<\/p>\n

\nThe older readers without a doubt remember the classic mobile phone game Snake<\/strong>, in which you grew a tiny snake to enormous sizes by eating tiny dots. Using proper libraries, programming your own Snake game from the ground shouldn\u2019t be that hard. The design of the project is very simple – you can do with only 4 buttons <\/a>for the controls, but can also add an additional one to act as a pause button for convenience.\n<\/p>\n
