It is exactly the middle of the month and exactly one month since the previous episode of What’s New at Botland, and we have for you few electrifying- as befits electronics and robotics – proposals that will not let you fall asleep in the autumn.<\/b><\/p>\n

Arduino Portenta H7 Lite<\/h2>\n

We could not miss our latest release. Portenta H7 Lite is a returner – the well known original board gained trust in industrial and multitasking applications and offers great performance without compromising on the base version and even better fit to developers’ needs. The top (top) side of the board features Arduino MKR-compatible headers, a push button, ESLOV connector, known from Arduino MKR overlays, USB-C port, power management chip, battery connector, QSPI Flash memory and STM32H747 main processor. On the underside was a new set of 80-pin connectors.<\/p>\n

Dimensions of 66 x 25.4 mm, operating temperature of (-40)\u00b0C to 85 \u00b0C ([-40]\u00b0F to 185\u00b0F) and RST STM32H747XI processor equipped with an Arm\u00ae Cortex\u00ae-M7 core at up to 480 MHz remain unchanged. Main differences are inon communication, connectors and security solution fields. In H7 Lite version we have Ethernet (PHY, physical layer) without BLE and WiFi that characterized the original. The Lite also lacks the video output and NXP SE0502C2 cryptographic chip of the original – instead, only the ATECC608 microchip remains.<\/p>\n
