Chipsee Industrial Pi computers<\/h2>\n

Our #1 entry from last week. Industrial Pi computers are industrial modules that you can install practically anywhere. Nothing prevents you from using the included stand instead of hanging it as their shape is really handy, and modules are suited for any company that seeks to streamline automated communication and operation across all its necessary processes. Suffice to say that heart of the Industrial Pi computers is well-known Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 computer.<\/p>\n

The computers work with Debian Linux-based systems, and the manufacturer of the Industrial Pi modules has developed all the necessary drivers, so every hardware feature is supported. The installation of the system is well described on the blog.\u00a0 On board, in addition to RS232 and RS485 serial interfaces, you will find optically isolated I\/O connectors, Ethernet, two USB ports, dual SD card slot, built-in audio, real-time clock and power management circuitry.\u00a0As always, all the necessary specifications can be found on the individual product pages.<\/p>\n

Rosa 3D filaments for 3D printers<\/h2>\n

Botland is is known for filaments. They present no secrets for us. We already have more than 500 types of them in our offer and new ones are still appearing. Today we present you our new supplier of materials for 3D printing, namely, the Rosa 3D filaments.<\/p>\n

Most of the Rosa 3D filaments line is marked with the note “Starter”. This means that they were created with novice 3D printer users in mind. We can choose from PLA, PETG and a bit rarer ASA filaments.<\/p>\n

Astronomical telescopes<\/h2>\n

An absolute novelty. Discover uncomplicated telescopes, intended mainly for educational purposes that allow you to do more than aim at windows (we advise you against this, of course). Barlow lenses used with other optics in the system increase the effective focal length and allow you to achieve 3x additional zoom. Sounds like not much? It’s enough to comfortably observe the stars, our Moon, and distant planets, and the maximum theoretical magnification for the StarRanger model 45F600AZ is 300x. Yujin Robot laser scanners<\/h2>\n

An interesting and discussed on Botland Blog item for those interested in 2D and 3D mapping in the spirit of laser scanning. Each lidar is a worthy technological successor of sonar and radar. Laser scanning with Yujin Robot devices can be performed in a 270 degree range and at a distance of 5, 10, or 20 meters depending on the model. The scanners are dustproof and protected from the effects of short-term immersion in water and use the Time of Flight direct measurement method, which measures the time it takes for an object, particle or wave (including light) to travel a distance through a medium. They are ideal for object detection and anti-collision navigation systems.
