have been surprising us continuously since 2005.<br \/>\nToday, some ideas on how to use the duo in the form of the world&#8217;s favorite programming platform and OLED display technology. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9da97b4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9da97b4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Where did OLED come from?\nIs it worth it? <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6938ae0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6938ae0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>History of technology<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/botland.com.pl\/599-wyswietlacze-oled\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><strong>OLED<\/strong><\/a> dating back without the slightest exaggeration to at least the 1980s.<br \/>\nThe history of OLED technology dating back, without the least exaggeration, to the 1980s, when scientists and researchers from under the banner of the giant Kodak initiated research into the use of organic materials for light emission, we will rather skip.<br \/>\nOriginally, <strong>OLED<\/strong> was used in <strong>small displays<\/strong>, such as low-resolution screens, but over time the technology evolved and found its way into <strong>larger, advanced devices<\/strong>.<br \/>\nHowever, it turns out that there is no problem going back to its roots and using it precisely in these small devices and modules related to the platform <a href=\"https:\/\/botland.com.pl\/234-arduino\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><strong>Arduino<\/strong><\/a>.     <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/botland.com.pl\/599-wyswietlacze-oled\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><strong>OLED<\/strong><\/a> offers <strong>excellent contrast, a wide range of colors and deep blacks<\/strong>, which are lacking, for example, in display alternatives such as <a href=\"https:\/\/botland.com.pl\/596-wyswietlacze-lcd-tft-i-ips\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><strong>TFT<\/strong><\/a>and this translates into excellent image quality.<br \/>\nOLED is created on flexible substrates, allowing for <strong>thin, flexible and curved screens<\/strong> ideal for mobile devices and any new wave wearables.<br \/>\nThe <strong>fast response time<\/strong> is also not insignificant, resulting in smooth and responsive display of content.<br \/>\nThis is important for interactive user interfaces.<br \/>\nIt also stands out <strong>for its energy efficiency<\/strong> relative to traditional display technologies.<br \/>\nThere is no need for backlighting, i.e. additional juggling of modules, because OLED emits light on its own.<br \/>\nThe increasing use of OLEDs in modern electronic devices thus seems to have a solid foundation.      <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b61ed84 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><strong>Arduino<\/strong><\/a> via <strong>an<\/strong> <strong>I2C<\/strong> (Inter-Integrated Circuit) <strong>interface<\/strong>.<br \/>\nThis is a popular way of communication especially when it comes to controlling displays from <a href=\"https:\/\/botland.com.pl\/22-mikrokontrolery\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><strong>microcontrollers<\/strong><\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/botland.com.pl\/599-wyswietlacze-oled\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><strong>OLED displays<\/strong><\/a> usually have a built-in controller that supports communication via the <strong>I2C interface<\/strong>, and this facilitates integration not only with Arduino, but also with various microcontroller platforms.   <\/p>\n<p>This makes it easy to display text, images and other information on the OLED display using Arduino and libraries to support the I2C interface.<br \/>\nFor example, available from <a href=\"https:\/\/botland.com.pl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><strong>Botland<\/strong> <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/botland.com.pl\/599-wyswietlacze-oled\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><strong>OLED <strong>Qwiic connectors<\/strong> developed by the manufacturer itself.<br \/>\nOLEDs with QWIIC connectors can be easily connected via a simple cable to Arduino microcontrollers or other devices miswiring &#8211; there is no problem in matters of where to connect SDA and SCL just as the GND and VCC wires will not be confused either.<br \/>\nThis is a convenient solution that eliminates the need to solder or use additional wires, which in turn facilitates prototyping and quick connection of electronic devices when most <strong>QWIIC<\/strong> modules have a second connector to connect more boards. <\/p>\n<p>It is less common to encounter the <strong>SPI interface<\/strong>, and far less common to encounter the <strong>UART<\/strong>.<br \/>\nAnd while OLED displays rarely use this interface, there are supporting models, so it is possible to connect them to the Arduino via the serial port.<br \/>\nIt is also possible to directly connect an OLED display to the Arduino&#8217;s digital pins, with operation being done directly by controlling the microcontroller&#8217;s pins.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element grows when you decide to combine them with sensors, communication modules and other devices to create innovative and interesting applications.   <\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-size: 16px; background-color: display, alarms, or even changing backgrounds depending on the time of day.  <\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">Thermometer and humidity meter<\/span>.<br \/>\nYou can use the temperature and humidity sensors to measure the current weather conditions and present them on the OLED display. <\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">Sound Level Meter<\/span>.<br \/>\nBuild a sound level meter that measures ambient volume and displays the results on an OLED display. <\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span
