for example, to sound an alarm.   <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5eca95b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5eca95b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Types of motion sensors<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b3cb91c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b3cb91c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Each motion sensor is designed to detect changes in the environment.<br \/>\nThe change is supposed to trigger a specific response from the system to which the sensor is connected.<br \/>\nDepending on the technology used in the sensor, this change is measured in different ways.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ae11015 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ae11015\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">Passive infrared sensor<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>(PIR, for <i>passive infrared<\/i>).<span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\"> <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/botland.com.pl\/czujniki-ruchu\/1655-czujnik-ruchu-pir-hc-sr501-zielony-justpi-5903351241359.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><strong>Passive infrared sensors<\/strong><\/a> measure infrared radiation emitted by objects in their field of view.<br \/>\nThe thin pyroelectric material contained in the device changes temperature due to absorption of IR radiation, leading to the generation and transmission of an electrical charge.<br \/>\nThese sensors are ideal for burglar or fire alarm systems.<br \/>\nThe alarm is activated when there is an influx of electricity, which is usually triggered &#8211; in the case of an anti-burglary system &#8211; by the appearance of a stationary warm being, such as a human being, or actually any object that emits infrared radiation.<br \/>\nThe downside of such a solution is that a PIR sensor can catch detection&#8230; a cat, for example.<br \/>\nHowever, these sensors are cheap, energy-efficient and long-lasting.<br \/>\nWhen choosing an infrared sensor, it is worth remembering that they have a limited field of view and that it can be obscured by objects, atmospheric phenomena, dust or smoke.<br \/>\nFor this reason, installing PIRs near garden plants or in industrial yards is a bad idea.       <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">Ultrasonic sensors<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/botland.com.pl\/ultradzwiekowe-czujniki-odleglosci\/1420-ultradzwiekowy-czujnik-odleglosci-hc-sr04-2-200cm-justpi-5903351241366.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><strong>Passive ultrasonic sensors<\/strong><\/a> are calibrated to a selected sound, such as the sound of breaking glass.<br \/>\nThese sensors are highly accurate and sensitive, which can lead to false alarms, although for different reasons than their predecessors.<br \/>\nActive ultrasonic sensors emit high-frequency waves that bounce off objects in their field of view.<br \/>\nWhen a person or object moves within this field, this causes a change in the reflection pattern and leads to activation of the sensor.<br \/>\nFor ultrasonic sensors, the field of view is not as important a factor, and their area of operation can even cover the entire space in which they are located &#8211; hence the argument that they work better in offices, corridors, stairwells and where kinks are encountered.<br \/>\nThe high-frequency sounds produced by the sensor can be unpleasant for pets &#8211; from here it&#8217;s not far to another class of devices that should not be confused with sensors, namely ultrasonic repellents.     <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">Microwave sensors<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Principle of operation <a href=\"https:\/\/botland.com.pl\/czujniki-ruchu\/7561-mikrofalowy-czujnik-ruchu-hb100-efekt-dopplera-5903351249843.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><strong>microwave sensors<\/strong><\/a> is similar to ultrasonic sensors with the difference that instead of sound waves, the sensor generates microwave waves.<br \/>\nWhen the microwaves bounce off a moving person or object, a change in the frequency of the waves returning to the sensor is recorded.<br \/>\nMicrowave sensors are very sensitive, but they consume a large amount of energy during operation.<br \/>\nIn addition, the microwave frequency does not penetrate metallic objects and therefore the range of microwave sensors is simply limited by metallic obstacles.   <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">Tomographic sensors<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Tomographic sensors<\/strong> use radio waves to create a three-dimensional map of the monitored area.<br \/>\nWhen a person or object moves through the area monitored by the tomographic sensors, it then triggers changes in the frequency pattern of the waves leading to the triggering of an action trigger.<br \/>\nRadio waves are able to penetrate walls and other solid objects, so that the field of view of tomographic sensors cannot be obscured in any way.<br \/>\nThese sensors are definitely more expensive and are used in large warehouses, logistics centers and any place that requires a high level of security.   <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7095d76 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7095d76\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Where are motion sensors used?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9df484f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9df484f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>We have already talked about alarms and access control systems.<br \/>\nThey can be found &#8220;inside&#8221;
