Charger/discharger with built-in balancer of links Redox Alpha, is a great choice for the beginning and advanced robotic engineers and modelers. It has a user interface with backlight that allows selection of parameters and continuous monitoring of battery status during charging. The set also includes a dedicated 230 V power supply.
