Product description: RTC DS3231 real time clock module - I2C - for Raspberry Pi Pico - Waveshare 19426
An expansion module for the Raspberry Pi Pico in the form of an RTC real time clock. Featuring a precision DS3231 chip, it uses the I2C bus to communicate with the Raspberry Pi Pico. Its design allows you to add multiple peripherals that connect to each other on a stack basis. The board has an additional holder for a CR1220 pastille battery, which can be an alternative power source. The RTC clock counts down seconds, minutes, hours, days, months and years with leap year compensation valid until 2100. The time is displayed in two formats: 24-hour or 12-hour with AM/PM indicator. Additionally, it has two programmable alarms.
