What to avoid when soldering SMD resistors?
One of the most common causes of improper operation or complete lack of operation of electronic devices are errors in the art of assembly. Such errors most often include improper soldering, which leads to cold soldering and poor connections between electronic components. For this reason, tin should not be transferred to unheated soldering fields by melting it on the tip. This leads to fast evaporation of the flux and problems with obtaining a permanent joint between SMD resistors and their soldering fields.
SMD 1206 150kΩ resistors in non-inverting amplifier circuit
Operational amplifiers allow you to perform mathematical operations on input signals. One of the most common configurations of operational amplifiers in electronic devices is the non-inverting amplifier, which for input signals given to a non-inverting input provides a gain greater than 1. To amplify an input signal twice, the operational amplifier needs two resistors of the same resistance, e.g. 150kΩ. The resistors should be connected between the inverting input and ground, and between the inverting input and the amplifier output. Select the supply voltage of the amplifier so that the peaks of the signals are not clipped.
