Product description: Wireless NB-IoT module - WisBlock IO extension - Rak Wireless RAK5860
The RAK5860 extension is a module designed to work with the WisBlock Base Board RAK5005-O. It provides LTE Cat M1 and LTE Cat NB2 wireless communication for the assembled system. The IO module supports LTE-FDD network and can operate in Half-Duplex mode on LTE network. It also provides optional GNSS functionality. It is equipped with a microUSB connector for debugging and sending AT commands and data transfer. The extension needs connection to WisBlock Base Board and WisBlock Core development modules for proper operation.

WisBlock IO Extensions
WisBlock IO modules allow to extend projects and scenarios with additional interfaces, sensors and communication extensions. They also enable connection of modules from outside the WisBlock series. They are assembled according to the scheme shown in the photo opposite. Before commissioning, make sure that the module is properly attached. For proper operation they require connection with WisBlock Core development module and WisBlock Base Board.
