The main task of the Zortrax Hepa Covercarbon filter isto remove the unpleasant odors generated during the melting of certain types of filament.The HEPAfilter is designed to capture particles with a diameter above 300 nm. It effectively absorbs up to 99% of the fumes emitted from the printer chamber. Built-infan with adjustable speedallows to ensure constant temperature in the chamber, reducing the speed of cooling of the filter, which in turn reduces its uncontrolled shrinkage (in case of ABSitcan be up to 8%).
