Why should you choose Anycubic?

A company from the Far East – Anycubic is engaged in the production of 3D printers and accessories used in processes related to incremental technologies. The company was founded in 2015 and since then has managed to win the sympathy of people from all over the world. All in all, there is nothing surprising about it – each Anycubic 3D printer is a piece of equipment that can be used for both personal and professional purposes.

What sets the Chinese manufacturer apart from its competitors is its great price/quality ratio. Anycubic 3D printers are richly equipped with the latest technological solutions, and even budget equipment models have easy-to-read touch screens. This significantly facilitates work and allows you to quickly change equipment parameters “on the fly”.

So which Anycubic 3D printer will be the best choice?

Anycubic Mega X 3D printer

The Anycubic Mega X 3D printer working with FFF/FDM technology is an extremely robust construction made of durable metal alloys. The gantry has been designed for maximum rigidity, making the equipment capable of high operating speeds. A powerful power supply complying with the UL60950-1 safety standard is responsible for providing sufficient energy.

Also worthy of praise is the reinforced Z axis, which is set in motion using two turnbuckles and separate stepper motors. This procedure is aimed at completely eliminating errors associated with unevenly loaded print head guide.

Also worth mentioning is the impressive workspace that the Anycubic Mega X 3D printer has – the maximum print area is 300 x 300 x 305 millimetres, which is one of the better results in this price class. The operation of the equipment is also helped by a powerful extruder capable of working even with flexible felts like TPU.

In addition, the Anycubic printer has a filament break sensor as standard, which in the case of detecting a lack of material will automatically stop the entire device.

Drukarka Anycubic Mono X

For many years, the Anycubic Photon Mono 3D printer has set the standard for budget SLA-based designs that use light-curing resin to print. Its successive generations rank high in the rankings of industry portals, and those who use them give them extremely flattering reviews.

One of the latest products is the Anycubic Mono X 3D printer, which is equipped with an 8.9-inch display. In comparison with its impressive resolution of 4K, this equipment is capable of producing the highest quality prints.

The Anycubic Mono X 3D printer also deserves praise for its 8x anti-aliasing, which is designed to maximally smooth out any unevenness between the individual layers of the print.

This perfectly predisposes the Mono X to jewellery applications, where, together with a light-sensitive wax resin, the equipment allows to print models for making casts using the lost wax method.

A great complement to the Mono X will be the print wash and cure station. It will keep the Anycubic resin printer running at full steam, while the Wash & Cure Machine 2.0 will first clean the prints of resin residue and then cure them using an array of ultraviolet emitting diodes.

This process is fully automatic – for both cleaning and curing. The only thing the Anycubic Wash & Cure Machine 2.0 user is responsible for is “re-arming” the machine between each work step.

This is not the end…

Anycubic offers, of course, not only the above mentioned devices. If you are interested in the topic, we recommend our earlier entry about the products of this manufacturer. There, we briefly presented other models offered in the past and at present. Enjoy your reading.
