Here come the glorious Spring and warmer winds are blowing. With the increase in air quality, as any self-respecting sensor owner would say, comes as many as five exciting new products in Botland store.
Our ESP32 Starter Kit
To start off with something proprietary! We are proud to present our self-completed ESP32 Starter Kit with modules and sensors to get you started with ESP32 and learn how it works. The ESP32 system has a reputation among some for being inaccessible and complicated, and this is the perfect opportunity to dispel that once and for all.
The heart of the starter kit is the ESP-WROOM-32 equipped with WiFi and Bluetooth Low Energy communication. The kit also includes a contact board, connection wires, temperature and humidity sensor, PIR (infrared) distance and motion sensor, OLED screen, relay module, LEDs and resistors. Using them you can create projects that measure environmental conditions and smart home projects such as remote lighting control.
UGEARS mechanical models
Wood and model making never get old. Ugears mechanical models take us on amazing journeys through the ages. From the horse and the steering wheel, to motorcycles and the timeless, immortal roadster cruiser of the American highways, to the crowning achievement of Earthling engineering in the form of the Martian rover….
We will look into the microuniverse of Victorian steampunk, the world of gadgets for noble ladies and gentlemen straight out of spy novels, and the amusement park of carousels, among which beautiful animal models are leading the way. After all, the point is not to reinvent the wheel, but to understand how it works. And the best way to do this is in a clear cross-section that we put together all by ourselves from scratch.
How do you get it all on one shelf? It’s simple. In each tiny modeling world there is assembly without a gram of glue and completely without the usage of electronics, simple driving mechanics, i.e. the energy of stretching a rubber band, and great fun regardless of age.
Prusa print curing washer CW1
Common problems of a 3D printing fan – adhesion, lack of adhesion, all sorts of filament wrapping, and finally – curing of printed works. Everyone who prints knows about them. Fortunately, from the country of brilliant Czech engineers comes to us an original Prusa CW1 print hardening washer.
The washer is used to process 3D prints made of resin. It allows washing, drying and curing of finished models. An additional function of CW1 is heating of resin before molding. Recommended for use with the Prusa SL1 printer, it is a stand-alone, compact device. Soft, sticky and just plain troublesome prints require washing with isopropyl alcohol, air drying and UV curing. The Prusa will do all this for you. Freedom from streaks and stains on the resin is guaranteed. The Prusa CW1 washer operates in a temperature range from 16°C to 38°C and requires an ambient humidity below 85% to work properly – no problem even in the tropics. DJI RoboMaster EP Robot
The return of a giant. Popular among professional and semi-professional drone users, DJI has unveiled its new RoboMaster EP educational robot, whose very form of presentation, one must admit, is exciting. The brand’s robot building kit, which can also play an educational role (STEAM teaching solutions), is primarily a multifunctional arm with a gripper and the ability to expand with additional modules and sensors.

An on-board camera for streaming audio and video data in FullHD quality and the heart of the robot, the intelligent control unit, make it possible to simultaneously handle functions such as high-definition video transmission with low latency and AI computation while receiving control data.
Careful manufacturing of the elements not only gives RoboMaster a futuristic look, but also allows for seamless connection of modules and sensors also from other manufacturers. To complete the set it is worth to equip yourself with RoboMaster application. EP Core will allow us to operate with Scratch and Python programming languages. Rich competition mode means programming the robot not only to follow a line, but also a marker recognition system with numbers, letters and special characters, which increases the combat value of the robot in a clash with other units. Combined with an intelligent camera, gesture recognition and a front-facing rapid-fire turret, it’s already a pretty capable machine that will fight both alone and in a swarm.

Xiaomi Hey Plus 1S SmartBand
We love smartwatches. They are ideal accessories for those who want to stay fit, those who care about their health and the functioning of their biological clock in the cycle of day and night, and forgetful people who often look for a phone left somewhere in a hurry. The smart sports band created by Xiaomi has an AMOLED display with a resolution of 0.95″, which allows to display colors from a 24-bit color palette. Anyway, the whole AMOLED technology improving OLEDs is worthy of recommendation; the pixel density for this small screen is 282 ppi.
The watch uses the HeyOS operating system. Full compatibility with Android and iOS smartphones, plus wireless communication via Bluetooth version 4.2. Smartband 1S Plus is not the newest device on the market, but a worthwhile budget alternative to Mi Band 4 or Mi Band 5 for those who are not necessarily looking for the most packed smartband. The 5 ATM water resistance is a comfort over bodies of water – you can swim with the band, but without sudden jumps into the water or deep dives. Among the features that deserve a mention are certainly:
