Using the CPU under heavy load could lead to its overheating. To prevent such a failure, more or less extensive CPU cooling systems are used. Replacing the CPU heat sink may be a good idea, even on a new CPU. Often they are equipped with standard cooling, the capacity of which may not be sufficient, especially during intensive use. In such a situation, it is worth investing in a pc heat sink with better parameters. This type of investment should also be considered when modernizing a computer. More efficient components and the software will put more strain on the CPU. A cooling upgrade is also necessary for overclockers. Overclocking to the maximum operating parameters always results in intense heating of the processor. In this category, you will find a wide selection of heat sinks, both for classic PCs and miniature SBC computers, such as the Raspberry Pi.

Heatsink - Warm, warmer, hot!
Often, this range is equipped with an additional heat sink attached to the system using thermal tape, which allows for maximizing heat reception from the processor or controller. Radiators are an irreplaceable and failure-free accessory in every place of the heat-receiving system . The use of a heat sink covers various types of systems exposed to damage resulting from too high operating temperatures.
Customized heatsinks from multiple brands
Lots of shapes and sizes - all so that you can precisely match the heatsink to your processor or controller. Heat sinks have different specifications precisely to be able to work with each integrated circuit. In our store we offer a wide selection at affordable prices, the highest quality and the best manufacturers, so you are guaranteed safety and reliability. Remember to check whether the radiator meets your requirements in terms of proper heat dissipation from the system. This includes, among others: Raspberry Pi , Odroid minicomputers and Arduino microcontrollers.
Accessories seem unimportant
The heat sinks themselves are just a piece of metal, usually aluminum or copper - these materials have the best thermal conductivity. But without proper fitting and attachment to the integrated circuit, they are of little use, so it is worth equipping yourself with decent thermal paste and an additional fan. This will allow you to use the maximum potential of the heat sinks. All these accessories are available in our online store - we encourage you to check out our extensive offer.

Heatsinks - FAQ
Heat sinks are elements used to dissipate heat from a system (usually electronic devices and components) to the surroundings. Their design and material allow them to collect as much heat as possible from the cooled element and release it to the outside as quickly as possible.
Heat sinks are made of materials with the best possible thermal conductivity, including copper, aluminum or alloys of various metals. To facilitate the transfer of heat from the system to the surroundings, heat sinks are mounted using special tapes, adhesives and thermal pastes .
Heat sinks are used to cool various systems, most often mechanical and electronic devices that heat up during operation: processors, engines, integrated circuits , computer memory, refrigeration machines, etc.
A fireplace radiator is an element in the form of a pipe with external ribs, which is part of the gas removal system and allows part of the heat to be recovered from them, which increases the heating efficiency of the entire device.
M.2 SSD drives should be cooled with special heat sinks intended for devices of this type - if they are not included in the set, check the manufacturer's recommendations in the manual. It is worth remembering that some models do not require additional cooling at all if they are used in undemanding applications.
The heat sink cooling the 50 W COB diode should not heat up to a temperature higher than 70-80°C. This can be ensured by selecting a heat sink with a thermal resistance of no more than 1 K/1 W and appropriate dimensions. Remember to mount it using high-quality thermal paste or glue.
