Temperature measurement is an elementary activity while monitoring the operation of a device or a robot. Measuring temperature is necessary in many processes, including production ones, which is why specialized sensors for measuring temperature are in demand on the production equipment market. In addition, temperature sensors - in less advanced, but very practical versions - are also important devices in our homes, because they greatly affect our perceptible comfort in a given room. Without a temperature sensor, you cannot create many interesting Internet of Things projects. If you are looking for a solution that will allow you to build your own air heating / cooling system, it goes without saying that you need to equip yourself with a temperature sensor!

Thermal comfort for each of us
Temperature sensors available in our store allow you to measure the temperature in a given room with an accuracy of one tenth of a decimal place. Thanks to this, we can precisely determine the temperature in the room, which will help in controlling this temperature and achieving the so-called thermal comfort. This is a state in which we feel neither cold nor hot and our body is in a state of balanced heat balance.
Measurement of fluid and engine heat with a temperature sensor
Since the beginning of car mechanics, engineers have been trying to remove heat from the cabin in the best possible way through the radiator and air conditioning system. Temperature sensors are used everywhere to ensure that they measure and provide the most accurate result. In our store you will find a diverse range of probes and sensors. In the past, when cooling systems were filled with water, the correct temperatures were in the range of 80-90 degrees Celsius. Now modern fluids called antifreeze have a boiling point of about 120 degrees, which is why accurate measurement is so important. The key here will be an appropriate temperature sensor that will operate in a specific environment with the expected accuracy.
Temperature
What is temperature and how to measure it accurately? These seem like trivial questions, but how to answer them in an original way? With our range of temperature sensors, sometimes equipped with additional sensors, e.g. humidity or pressure, you will always be able to accurately measure the basic physical quantity, i.e. temperature. You won't be surprised by any unknown data or sudden boiling of the coolant - you will be constantly informed about the exact thermal state of a given system or room. Temperature sensors - FAQ
A thermistor is a type of resistor that works slightly differently than its "ordinary" brother - it changes resistance (resistance) in response to a change in temperature. Most often, the thermistor is semiconductor or metal. You will find them in engines, microwaves and thermostats.
Thermistors are used as temperature sensors . They can be found in everyday appliances such as fire alarms, ovens and refrigerators. They are also used in digital thermometers and in many automotive applications to measure temperature.
After heating the thermistor, its resistance should begin to decrease systematically within a few seconds of heating. If the NTC thermistor behaves the same, it is good. If not, it is damaged and should be thrown away.
