Product description: Luxonis Oak-D LR - AI set for image recognition - Fixed-Focus
Luxonis Oak-D LR is a depth perception camera module working with AI artificial intelligence models, which allows the creation of up to three stereoscopic pairs with different base distances (5 cm, 10 cm and 15 cm). This allows for precise depth readings up to 30 meters away . The module is equipped with three AR0234 2.3 MPx cameras with a global shutter, has a USB Type-C port and Ethernet PoE , and also contains a built-in 9-axis BNO085 IMU sensor . Oak-D LR also allows you to adjust the appropriate depth perception range by easily replacing M12 lenses.
The manufacturer has provided a user guide that will make it easier to start working with the product.
Main features of Oak-D Long Range
- Used for precise depth detection up to approximately 30 m thanks to three cameras with global shutters and AR0234 sensors
- Offers advanced image processing features including H.264, H.265, MJPEG encoding and video streaming in up to 4K / 30 FPS, 1080P / 60 FPS
- It has the ability to track objects in 2D and 3D
- Uses three different base distances between cameras - 5 cm, 10 cm, 15 cm for different depth sensing ranges
- It is equipped with a 9-axis BNO085 IMU
- Allows connection via USB Type C and RJ45 with PoE support
- It has an aluminum housing with Gorilla Glass front
AI image recognition
The image recognition function using artificial intelligence AI allows you to analyze visual data such as objects, people or texts. The module uses machine learning and deep learning techniques to recognize shapes in images , which allows the algorithm to appropriately match patterns.
Depth detection
Depth sensing uses vision technologies to map and understand three-dimensional space. This allows you to precisely determine the distance between objects , as well as recognize their shape and position in space.
