Product Description: STLINK-V3PWR 2-in-1 debug probe
1-quadrant Source Measurement Unit with very high resolution and measurement diversity. The board is also a debugger and programmer for STM32 microcontrollers . The device has a programmable voltage source in the range of 1.6 V to 3.6 V and a rated output current of 500 mA with overcurrent protection (OCP) operating from 550 mA. The probe has a dynamic current measurement function (from 100 nA to 550 mA) and power (from 160 nW to 1.65 W) and programmable sampling from 1 SPS to 100 kSPS . The bandwidth is 50 kHz, the acquisition is 1.6 MHz, and the accuracy is 2%. The board supports the following protocols: JTAG, SWD, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, GPIO. The device has a USB Type-C connector enabling updating the unit's firmware and programming STM32 microcontrollers. An additional advantage is direct support from the STM32CubeMonitor-Power tool. The device can be used as an independent measuring unit of the power source and current in the target application. Thanks to the integrated level controller, the device adapts to the I/O voltage of the output application.
