Module from the Grove series is equipped with a sensor LM358. The sensor allows to determine the intensity of the light and reflects the analog voltage signal back to Arduino. It is equipped with photoresistor which decreases its value along with increasing the light intensity. The range of the light is from 1 lux to 350 lux. The supply voltage is 5 V. The sensor communicates via an analog signal, making it compatible with most commissioning modules, including Raspberry Pi and Arduino.
