Rules for lodging a complaint about goods

In accordance with applicable regulations, we are liable for both physical and legal defects as defined by the Civil Code.

Upon discovering a defect, the Buyer has the right to:

• Request a price reduction,
• Withdraw from the contract, unless the defect is insignificant,
• Request a replacement of the defective item,
• Request that the defect be repaired.

Please note that Botland's Complaints Department will process your complaint within 14 calendar days of receipt. We are liable under warranty for any physical defects found within two years from the delivery date.

Information on exercising the right of withdrawal

In line with current legislation, Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 days without providing a reason. This period expires 30 days from the day the Consumer (or a third party designated by the Consumer) takes possession of the goods.

Please note that returns are only available to Consumers (those purchasing not related to their business or professional activities). Returns cannot be made by Customers purchasing items for business purposes.

Complaint Rules

For a smooth complaint process, please read the following guidelines:

• Ensure the product is actually defective before sending it back.
• Complete the complaint form and attach it to the returned shipment.
• Include proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or transfer confirmation).
• Pack the goods securely to prevent further damage during transport.
Botland does not accept parcels sent with cash on delivery.
• Return shipping costs will be refunded after the complaint is accepted, based on the cheapest shipping method.
• Make sure to return the product with all its accessories. Incomplete products will be returned at the sender’s expense.
• Self-repair or tampering by unauthorized parties voids the complaint process.
• You will be informed of the complaint resolution via email.

• Returning an item indicates your acceptance of the above rules.

Rules for returning goods

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify the Seller of your decision with a clear statement.

• For a smooth return process, please complete the return form and attach it to the shipment. You may also use an alternative statement.
• In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including the delivery cost (excluding additional delivery charges for expedited methods selected by the Consumer). The cost of return shipping is at the Consumer’s expense. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification, using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
• We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof of its return, whichever is sooner.
• Please return the item within 14 days of notifying us of your decision. Ensure the item is carefully packed before shipment.
• Consumers are responsible for any reduction in the product's value caused by use beyond what is necessary to determine its characteristics and functionality.
