In many cases, these are the factors that determine whether the structure will be stable, compact and resistant to damage. Individual elements of a robot or machine are connected by means of bolts, screws and washers. They are the ones that are supposed to create inseparable connections. If they fail, the structure loses its stability, the machine not only stops working, but there is also a risk that it cannot be restored to its original state. Screws available in our shop have different shapes and sizes, so you will find both small ones for small robots and large ones for more advanced and larger machines. We always adjust the screws to the dimensions of the machine, paying attention to the geometric dimensions of the screws. You should also be familiar with the construction of the screw, because sometimes it is its seemingly insignificant element that determines the success of the project. In this case it concerns mainly the number of coils that build the thread of the screw, but the distance between them is also significant. There is a relationship that can help with the choice, namely the size of the coils of a screw determines the size of the distance between them. The total thickness of the elements to be joined together determines the length of the screw.
You have certainly noticed that screws differ not only in size, but also in shape, especially in the head. If we are assembling a housing, flathead screws will be our most frequent choice. Starhead screws and Allen screws are equally often used.

The motor in any mechanical device is its brain and heart at the same time. It is responsible for correct and efficient work. Its speed and reaction depends on it. So it is necessary to choose one which is characterised not only by high quality, but also by parameters adjusted to the conditions in which it will work. We do not always need the most advanced engine to fully achieve all our design goals. As important as the engine itself is the way it is installed. It will ensure that it works safely and correctly with other components. To assemble the motor you will need mounting bearings that will allow you to perfectly match the motor to the design.
