In addition, the meter has been equipped with an infrared receiver, which allows to check the correctness of operation of e.g. theremote controlof a TV, home cinema or a set-top box.Themeter is powered by a 1Slithiumcell, the device also has a charging system with amicroUSBport.The meterconstantly informs the user about the current state of the battery, which significantly reduces the risk of unexpected discharging of the device. The operation of the device isincredibly simple, all you have to do is place the element you are interested in in the tester and run it with the"Start"button, the meter will automatically recognise the element and display the data characterising the given element.
The microUSB connector is used to charge the meter.
