Yes, we can prepare an invoice with the details of both the buyer and the recipient. When placing an order on our website, you should include information in your comment: "Please include the buyer and recipient details on the invoice". In order to receive such an invoice, you must provide complete and correct data of both entities

Yes, just leave the information in the comment field when placing your order. After it has been prepared, we will send it to your e-mail box

No, it is not necessary to have a login and password. You can make purchases without registering as a guest. However, in this option it is not possible to check your order history. For subsequent orders you have to fill in the delivery data again.

The order completion date depends on the way the parcel is delivered:
Courier GLS - the goods are delivered on the next working day from the day of dispatch with 99% efficiency, up to two working days for smaller towns,
Paczkomaty - InPost company declares to deliver 98% of parcels the next day after dispatch,
Poczta Polska (Courier 48) - the parcel should reach the sender within 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch

After placing an order you receive a confirmation e-mail and we start preparing the package. When we book a payment for the purchased goods, you receive a message and we prepare documents (receipt/invoice). The packed order together with the documents is sent for dispatch.

If a different product than the one you ordered is in your package, you should contact us by email as soon as possible. It is very important for us to take a picture of the received product and the whole package. This will make it easier for us to identify the error and propose a mutually beneficial solution. Complaints about the lack of/other products in the package are dealt with within 5 days from the date of delivery of the package. A protocol written with the person delivering the parcel will also be necessary. Remember that you always have the right to check the contents of the package at the time of its receipt.

The website displays pictures of all the products offered. Products marked with the status "waiting for delivery" are currently not in stock. If you want to know the planned delivery date, write a message to: biuro@botland.com.pl.

It is possible that an error (e.g. a letter, a number or a sign is missing) has crept into your e-mail address during the process of completing the order, which makes it impossible for the mail servers to deliver the message. In this case, please contact the shop staff

Such a message is sent by the system automatically if there is a product marked "waiting for delivery" in your shopping cart. It may also happen that you add 5 pieces of one product to your cart and we have only 4 pieces in our warehouse. We will contact you to clarify the situation

We issue VAT invoices for all orders. You will receive the document to the e-mail address given in your order. Remember to provide correct data, because after approving and placing an order it will not be possible to change it.

It is not possible to place an order over the phone. The main reasons are:
by entering the shipping data (address or phone number) we personally avoid mistakes that may involve additional costs for the customer,
it allows us to avoid mistakes concerning selected products,
it makes it impossible to inform about the next stages of the order via e-mail

The order status is shown in the order history for registered customers. Buyers without registration can check the status of the package at this address (giving the order number or e-mail address). In addition, customers receive automatically generated e-mails with information about the statuses: confirmation of order acceptance, posting of payment, sending the order.

Yes, the foreign shipping costs will appear automatically after entering your address data and selecting the country. In case of orders addressed outside Poland and exceeding the amount of 500 PLN there is no free delivery. In this case, shipping costs are calculated individually and sent to the customer after preparation of the package.

- Courier48 Poczta Polska - 1000 PLN,
- GLS - 6000 PLN,

We suggest choosing an appropriate form of delivery depending on the value of the order, so that in case of damage to the parcel you can receive a full refund from the carrier.
