Description of product: MyoWare 2.0 Cable Shield - EMG sensor cable overlay - SparkFun DEV-18386
EMG Muscle Sensor Cap with 3.5mm TRS Jack connector , to which you can connect a traditional cable with three MyoWare 2.0 electrodes, which allows you to test and use the muscle sensor . The module is also equipped with snap connectors , thanks to which MyoWare overlays can be stacked. Unlike other MyoWare 2.0 plates, this one attaches to the bottom of the muscle sensor. MyoWare Cable Shield is designed for wired reading of muscle data using electrodes , used in projects where it is not possible to place sensors directly on the body.

MyoWare 2.0 ecosystem
The MyoWare 2.0 ecosystem consists of overlays that can be easily combined with muscle sensors and Arduino to create a universal electromyography (EMG) sensor. The innovative connector system allows the modules to be snapped on easily, and the analog 3.5mm TRS jack is used to connect to a microcontroller that measures the raw, filtered and rectified electrical activity of the target muscle. This eliminates the need to solder the joints between the boards.
