Single-point laser distance sensor LiDAR TF02-Pro-W designed to detect the fill level. The sensor is based on ToF technology, its distance detection range is from 0.1 m to 25 m . The module is equipped with a wiper mounted on a servo located inside the sensor housing, which is used to clean its surface from all kinds of contamination. As a result, it can be used in a dusty environment. The sensor housing has a protection class of IP5X , which ensures protection against water and dust. Benewake LiDAR TF02-Pro-W for communication uses the UART or I2C interface, it is powered by 5V . LiDAR TF02-Pro-W supports LoRaWAN, 4G, WiFi and other data transmission solutions. The sensor also supports battery power, so there is no need for additional wiring.

TF02-Pro-W with automatic cleaning system
The LiDAR TF02-Pro-W sensor is equipped with a servo mechanism, on which a wiper is placed. During 24 hours, the wiper will perform 6 operations to clean the sensor from dust and other contaminants. The servo will also start the wiper after each connection to the power supply. Additionally, the user may control the sensor independently by sending appropriate commands to the sensor cleaning system and modifying the wiper movement time. While the wiper is moving, the sensor does not measure and send no data.
