Popular digital thermometer (digital sensor) in the TO92 case, equipped with communication 1-wire interface. The kit also includes a 4.7 kΩ resistors which provide the connection of the sensor, for example for the Arduino in accordance with the scheme:

Original sensor, made by Maxim - correct values in ROM. Proven with "discover_fake_DS18B20.ino" Of course, it works in parasite mode - with ESP8266 (3.3V) you have to go down with the pull-up resistance to around 1 kOhm. 4 resistors from the set connected in parallel do the job.
