What is carbon dioxide?

CO2, or carbon dioxide, is a key factor affecting indoor air quality. Its high level threatens the cognitive abilities and well-being of a person. It should be monitored on an ongoing basis, and any deviations from the norm should be immediately signaled.

The sensor works very well, much better than eCO2 sensors (CO2 equivalent based on measurements of volatile organic compounds VOC). Additionally, it provides temperature and humidity measurement, but these are not very precise. I also use a separate sensor for T and H, e.g. SHTC3.
