Switches and buttons
Switches and buttons are the basic elements which influence the expansion of devices and improvement of any advanced projects. They also affect the way and proper functioning of devices. In fact, switches and buttons are one of the most important elements that make most devices work. This is not surprising, given that in everyday life we are surrounded by devices and circuits that contain switches and buttons. We use them when turning on the light, music on the radio or playing games on the console. Although we use them every day, we often do not understand how to use them when designing or repairing devices. Therefore our Botland store offers a wide range of button and switch models that are perfect for designing interesting devices. While using these elements, you can learn all the basic principles of such devices so that you can repair household appliances in the future or create the whole new exciting projects of devices.

Different types of buttons and switches
The button is a mechanical-electrical device and is used to operate the device. You can find them in many appliances, for example in a food processor or on a remote control. The button works as long as you press it and when released, it returns to its basic position. This distinguishes it from a switch that permanently changes its contacts when pressed, changing the connection configuration. When the pressure is released, the contacts remain in the set position. Depending on what you wish to design and what your needs and expectations are, you can choose from the variety of many types of switches in Botland. These include digital, limit, rotary or backboard switches. One of the most important are onboard switches, which are mainly used to perform on-off functions, e.g. in the dryer or vacuum cleaner. However, they can also be used to change the length of the haircut in the shaver. If you want to know more, you can go into each category separately to learn more about the button and switch functions. Plus, if you have any questions or something remains unclear, you can always contact our technical department.
Choose from variety of different buttons and switches
Buttons and switches are basic elements of every project. Depending on what ideas you have and how advanced your projects are, you'll need different buttons and switches to perform different functions, including as simple as on/off. That's why our Botland online shop has prepared an extremely extensive list of products so that you can freely choose the ones that can be useful for experimenting and designing. You can find buttons and switches that can be used even for very advanced and innovative devices. In our offer you can find slider switches, which can work well in devices where the function of light command is important. The rotary switch can be perfect for those where you need to change the volume, temperature or air humidity - for example, in a dryer, radio receiver or air humidifier. You can also find here Tact Switch, which can be used to control Arduino modules or can do its job in the keyboard. Moreover, in our offer you can find touch and cradle buttons and very large buttons. The latter ones can be used to create retro arcade games or quiz shows for players to mark the answers.
Electrical switch for each project - Botland
We are guided by the idea that learning electronics and robotics should be made possible for everyone who wants to try. That is why, especially for beginners, we have provided a long list of products which are most appreciated by our customers and which are accompanied by a detailed description and explanation of the functions they can perform. Buttons and switches are the basis of many working devices, so it is worthwhile to include these elements at the beginning of your learning. The rules of their functioning are simple, therefore evert student should quickly grasp the basics and then be able to create more complicated and sophisticated projects. Buttons and switches create a unique field of action, limited only by the designer's imagination - and not necessarily experience. That's why we invite everyone interested in learning and perfecting their designs and devices to get to know the list of diverse buttons in our Botland store.
