The bigger the capacity of the card, the more possibilities, so it is worth considering what we actually need a Raspberry Pi minicomputer for. We select the memory card to suit our individual needs and goals, for which we decided on Raspberry Pi. The purpose of using Raspberry Pi will determine which card we equip it with. Raspberry Pi is very small, it is about the size of a credit card, so it will fit in every pocket. One of the assumptions was that it would take up very little space. Therefore, designers have decided to give up those elements which are not needed as part of the equipment and you can equip the card with them additionally. Among them is the memory card that every computer user needs. It's hard to imagine any work on Raspberry Pi without it. Instead of a card installed on the board, you will find a microSD memory card reader. It is thanks to it that, we can equip Raspberry Pi with any card whose capacity meets our requirements. That's a big advantage because we decide what will be installed in our Raspberry Pi. Take a look at our memory cards and decide which one is best for you.

Our Raspberry Pi memory cards
We know that everyone has different expectations. Raspberry Pi is perceived in a completely different way by an experienced programmer and is treated differently by an amateur of electronics and programming, who is just beginning their inspirational adventure with Raspberry. This is why you won't find only one or two types of memory cards in our shop. We offer a wide range of cards that vary in capacity and reading speed. We have chosen the cards of reputable and trusted manufacturers, whose products are distinguished by high quality and enjoy an excellent reputation among users. You can opt for a Raspberry Pi memory card such as Toshiba, OEM, Googram or Imro. These include cards with the following read speeds: 30 MB/s, 40 MB/s, 45 MB/s, 60 MB/s, 80 MB/s and even 100 MB/s. As far as write speed is concerned, you can choose between 10 MB/sec or 15 MB/sec cards. What about the capacity? The selection is also vast, from the smaller 8 GB capacities to the universal 16 GB, up to 32 GB. If the board is placed in a hard to reach location, use the microSD card slot extension. Remember, however, that it is then necessary to frequently update the data that is uploaded to the card. Most of the cards we offer are equipped with a special system, usually Noobs. It is responsible for the system installation, including Windows and Linux. You can also use cards with the OpenElec operating system. It will be useful primarily for designing and creating a home entertainment centre.
Choosing the right Raspberry Pi memory card
We give you ready-made solutions, which you have to choose, analyzing your expectations, needs and habits. You know best what you are using your Raspberry Pi for and what card would allow you to work even better, more efficiently and effectively. The smallest capacity, i.e. 8GB, is dedicated to users who treat it as the main logic of a relatively simple mobile robot. Then you can also decide on the lowest write and read speed. Are your expectations higher and the purpose of Raspberry Pi much more demanding? If you plan to watch full-length, high-resolution movies on your device, you need a memory card with higher capacity and the highest read speeds. Then choose a card with a capacity of up to 32 GB. You can also use the memory card with other devices. It fits to tablet, camera and smartphone. If you use it for these devices as well as for the Raspberry Pi, then a higher capacity may also be a good choice.
