Prusa nozzles, hotends and heating elements
We offer Prusa nozzles for 1.75 mm filament. Available are Prusa Brass nozzles for the Nextruder, original E3D V6 nozzles, hardened nozzles, and the E3D Prusa High Flow ObXidian nozzle. Different diameters allow you to tailor your printer to your specific task. Smaller nozzles are ideal for detailed prints, while larger nozzles are suitable for faster printing of enclosures, holders, prototypes, and technical parts.
This category also includes assembled hotends for Prusa MK4, XL, MK3.9, MK4S, CORE One, i3 MK3S+, MINI, and MINI+ printers. The hotend is responsible for melting the filament, ensuring stable material flow, and ensuring the quality of subsequent layers. A complete hotend replacement may be necessary if the nozzle becomes clogged, damaged, experiences temperature issues, or exhibits uneven material flow.
Prusa spare parts also include the E3D heater for the MK3 and MK3S models, the thermistor for the MK3/MK3S hotend, and the E3D V6 heater block. These components work in the thermal management system. The heater heats the hotend, the thermistor measures the temperature, and the heater block transfers heat to the filament melting zone.
PTFE tubing, sensors, and filament feed mechanics
This category offers PTFE hotend tubes for Prusa MK3S, MK2.5S, MK3S+, MK3, MK2.5, MK2S, MMU2, and MMU2S printers. The PTFE tube guides the filament towards the printhead and reduces friction in the material path. Wear and tear can cause filament blockages, increased nozzle clogging, a clicking extruder, or an uneven material path on the print.

This model has a different filament guide design than the MK series printers, so the part should be selected according to your specific device. Prusa spare parts also include a filament sensor for the Prusa MINI+, an IR-Einsy filament sensor cable for the Prusa i3 MK3S, and an extruder gear for the Prusa MINI and MINI+. We offer PEI spring steel sheets for Prusa printers. Smooth, textured, and satin surfaces are available for the CORE One, XL, MINI+, MK2.5, MK3, and MK4 models. The build plate affects first-layer adhesion, the appearance of the model's underside, and the ease of removing the finished print. A worn surface can cause corner peeling, marks on the model, and repeatability issues. This category also includes sheets for more demanding materials, including a textured surface for PP and a PA Nylon sheet for the Prusa CORE One.
Accessories also include the Original Prusa Enclosure and Original Prusa MINI Enclosure, including a version with a filtration system. The enclosure helps organize your workspace, reduce drafts, and maintain a more stable environment around the printer. The filtration system for Prusa CORE One, CORE One+, and CORE One L printers improves work comfort in rooms where the printer is regularly used.
