Product description: Arduino Nano R4 with connectors - ABX00143
The Arduino Nano R4 is a compact board belonging to the Arduino family, based on the same Renesas RA4M1 microcontroller as the Arduino Uno R4 Minima . It combines a small size with high computing power. The module has 256 KB of Flash memory and 32 KB of RAM , as well as 14 digital pins, 6 PWM channels, and 8 analog pins . Thanks to its solder pads, the board is ideal for SMD mounting on custom PCBs . It maintains full compatibility with the Arduino ecosystem , and the presence of two I2C buses – 3.3 V (Qwiic) and 5 V – enables convenient expansion of functions. This version of the module comes pre-soldered , facilitating immediate use in prototypes.
Arduino Nano R4 with connectors - ABX00143.
Main features of the Arduino Nano R4
- High-performance RA4M1 microcontroller : 256 kB Flash, 32 kB RAM, compatible with UNO R4
- Compact size of 43 x 17 mm : ideal for applications with limited space
- Soldered connectors : enable quick commissioning on breadboards
- Compatibility with the Nano family : same pin spacing and functionality
- Single-sided design : facilitates automated SMD assembly
- Qwiic connector : for quick connection of sensors and accessories
- Programmable RGB diode : visual indication of operating status
Comprehensive interfaces and connectivity in a compact form factor
The Nano R4 offers a rich set of interfaces, including 14 digital pins, 8 analog inputs, 6 PWM channels, 1x UART, 1x SPI, and 2x I2C (5V and 3.3V - Qwiic). The board also includes a USB Type-C connector, a linear voltage regulator (VBAT), and standard LED and RGB LEDs. The pinout and types are consistent with the Nano family , ensuring compatibility with existing accessories. Power can be supplied via the USB Type-C port or an external voltage source ranging from 6V to 21V , connected to the VIN pin.
