Accessories for CNC machines and lasers are sets of additional components that expand the functionality of the devices and enable advanced and efficient operation. This directly translates into quality workmanship, fewer burns, more precise details, and better design reproduction. Repeatability is equally important, and in production – even in small batches – it's crucial that every component is identical. Appropriate attachments allow you to achieve the same effect regardless of the number of repetitions, which is practically impossible when working "by eye." The range of applications is the third key aspect, and thanks to accessories, a single machine can handle completely different tasks, from engraving flat surfaces to marking cylindrical objects or continuous operation in batch mode.

Air Assist, conveyor belts and rotary modules for processing

Air Assist and rotary modules perform completely different but complementary functions in laser plotters. The TOOCAA Air Assist available in this category is an air blower system with parameters of up to 28 l/min flow, ≥34 kPa pressure, 24 V power supply, and approximately 40 dB noise. Its purpose is to remove smoke and particles from the cutting area, cool the material, and protect the lens. This reduces burns, improves edge cleanliness, and increases detail precision. Rotary modules from Creality, known primarily for their 3D printers and CR-Laser Falcon plotters, are mechanical attachments that rotate the workpiece, enabling the engraving of cylindrical objects such as cups, bottles, or pipes. They offer options for diameter adjustment, support for conical shapes, and a load capacity of approximately 10 kg. Air Assist is responsible for process quality and aspects such as cleanliness, cooling, and cutting stability, while rotary modules expand processing geometry, for example, the ability to work 360° on rotating objects. Conveyor feeders, on the other hand, are attachments that automate the operation of laser plotters by introducing a moving conveyor belt that moves the material under the working head. They can be used to work with materials such as fabrics, leather, foils, and thin sheets, all without manual positioning of the parts.

Vacuum cleaners for CNC milling machines

CNC milling machine vacuum cleaners and control buttons perform more operational functions than, for example, rotary modules. They don't extend the machining geometry; they stabilize and control the process itself. Starting, stopping, pausing, and quickly cutting off power in an emergency are absolutely fundamental for safety, ergonomics, and precise control of the machining cycle. Together, these accessories ensure process clarity and direct operational control in safe CNC operation.
