Leveling sensor for 3D printers - how does it work?
During the use of the workbench, deformations occur on its surface, resulting from e.g. from heating this element. Frequent use of the working platform, combined with high temperature, favors the formation of large deformations. Leveling sensors for 3D printers precisely map the entire platform and provide information on even the smallest deformations. After the mapping is complete, corrections for deformations are transferred to the Z axis. In practice, this means that the first layer of thermoplastic material adheres correctly to the heatbed.
