It would be hard to find someone who has never used a microUSB connector. Although it owes its popularity mainly to cell phones, it can be found in thousands of other devices - cameras, power banks, minicomputers (e.g. Raspberry Pi), wireless headphones, MP3 players and many, many more. Small size, current capacity allowing to power selected devices with current up to 2.5 A and high durability makes that microUSB sockets and plugs are still popularly used - despite the progressive expansion of the USB C connector. In this category you will find all kinds of microUSB cables - although seemingly similar, but offering different capabilities and individual advantages.

Although microUSB cables look very similar, their purpose and capabilities depend on the design of both the micro plug and the termination of the other side of the cable. Most cables are terminated with a microUSB B connector on one side (commonly called simply microUSB; rectangular shape with two beveled corners,) and a USB A connector on the other side (dedicated for connecting with a computer or other device acting as a host). The popular USB OTG adapters have a completely different design - instead of a USB A plug they are equipped with a socket of this type, so they allow you to connect peripheral devices (such as pendrives or external drives) to mobile devices - smartphones or tablets. Interestingly, Raspberry Pi Zero minicomputers are also equipped with USB OTG ports (in this case, microUSB AB sockets are used instead of the most popular microUSB B ones.
MicroUSB - USB A cables
We offer a wide range of microUSB cables to suit all applications. Apart from standard cables with lengths of 20 cm, 45 cm, 50 cm, 80 cm, 1 m, 1.5 m, 1.8 m, 2 m and 3 m, we also have cables with angled connector and even a switch (the latter is especially recommended for powering minicomputers, such as Raspberry Pi). Special designs of microUSB cables are worth noting - spiral cables are perfect for places where you need to avoid accidental tangling of the cable, and at the same time it is advisable to eliminate the risk of accidental jerking of the loosely hanging loop. We also recommend excellent braided cables - thanks to outer, woven layer, such cables show significantly increased mechanical strength. The flat microUSB cables do not require periodic untangling, which makes them much easier to use.
MicroUSB OTG adapters and cables
In this category we also included a lot of different types of adapters, allowing you to connect peripheral devices - such as mass storage devices, external drives or USB hubs - with devices that support OTG mode. Thanks to a small modification of the circuit cooperating with microUSB AB socket, it is possible to use the same device both as a slave device and as a host. One of the smallest accessories in this group is an OTG microUSB - USB adapter, almost invisible after connecting the two cooperating connectors. We also have short adapters in the form of 12 cm or 20 cm long cables, ending with a USB A socket.
