The BED-1 electric actuator by Elektrobim is a modern solution for automatic adjustment of rehabilitation, hospital and home beds . Equipped with a double 24 V DC motor , it has a lifting capacity of 2x 4500 N and allows independent control of the headrest (87 mm stroke) and footrest (69 mm stroke). The movement speed of 5.6 mm / s ensures smooth adjustment, and the torque of 0.3 Nm guarantees stable operation. The actuator has an emergency power supply function - in the event of a power outage, it is possible to fold the frame using two 9 V batteries. It is controlled by a wired remote control with three sections : adjustment of the headrest, footrest or both at the same time. The mounting spacing of 581 mm ensures compatibility with most frames. The actuator meets safety standards, has an IP22 degree of protection and a duty cycle of 10%. Connection and control
The BED-1 actuator requires installation on functional bed frames, adapted to electric drives . The actuator should not be installed on frames that are damaged, uneven or move with excessive resistance. After mounting the actuator, the factory power cable should be connected to a stable 230 V AC power source. The actuator is controlled by a wired remote control , which offers:
- Top row of buttons - raising and lowering the headrest
- Middle row of buttons - footrest height adjustment
- Bottom row of buttons - control both sections simultaneously
The pilot cable should be attached to the hooks on the actuator housing, to prevent accidental pulling out of the plug.
