Which insulation stripper?

Automatic insulation strippers make it easier to work with many cables of repeatable size (e.g. 1.0 mm2), hence they are an excellent choice, for example, for electricians and industrial automation installers. However, if we often need to change the diameter of the cable to be processed over a wide range, it is worth purchasing an appropriate manual puller.

How to isolate cables?

In the case of manual strippers (e.g. Vorel 45010), place a section of the appropriate length of wire between the jaws, selecting a hole with a diameter corresponding to the size of the wire (conductor), then clamp the tool and remove the cut insulation. Automatic strippers, on the other hand, have a mechanism that automatically - by clenching the jaws - holds the wire and then cuts and removes a piece of insulation.
