Benewake TFS20-L is a high-performance, miniature LiDAR module for precise distance measurement in the range of up to 20 m . Built on the basis of dToF technology and SPAD sensor , it enables accurate measurement even in difficult lighting conditions. Its ultra-compact design ( 21 x 15 x 7.87 mm ) and low weight ( 1.35 g ) make it perfect for integration with drones , mobile robots and IoT devices. The module supports UART and I2C interfaces, has a temperature compensation function and integrated operating modes, which allows you to adjust parameters to a specific application. TFS20-L is also resistant to strong light (up to 100 kLux) and achieves accuracy of ± 6 cm in the range of 0.2 to 6 m .
