The Arduino Nano R4 is a compact Arduino board based on the same Renesas RA4M1 microcontroller as the Arduino Uno R4 Minima , combining a small form factor with high performance. The board is equipped with 256 KB of Flash memory and 32 KB of RAM , offering 14 digital pins, 6 PWM channels, and 8 analog pins . The board features solder pads, making it ideal for surface-mount (SMD) applications on custom PCBs . It maintains compatibility with the Arduino ecosystem , offering familiar tools and libraries, and the presence of two I2C interfaces – 3.3 V (Qwiic) and 5 V – enables easy expansion of functionality. This version of the board does not come with pre-soldered connectors .
