Thanks to the elements included in the package, it is possible to implement the improvements introduced by the manufacturer in the latest version of the device marked i3 MK3S+. The kit includes among others improved SuperPinda, used for leveling the heating table and improved IR filament sensor. The manufacturer has also modified the Y axis bearing housings. Prusa i3 MK3/S to MK3S+ upgrade kit is designed for self-assembly. It is required when upgrading the MK3 version of the printer with the Multi Material 2S kit (MMU2S).

30 days to return, without giving a reason
If the product does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from receiving the parcel to withdraw from the contract. The product only has to be complete. The right of return belongs to consumers (a purchase unrelated to business activity).

Question: Good morning. I have a Prusa i3 mk3 printer and I’m wondering if this kit is compatible and what benefits it offers. From the description, I can’t tell if it’s originally intended for the mk3 (which I have) or the mk3s.
This kit is required if you wish to add an MMU3 to your printer. Otherwise, it won’t make any significant changes if the printer is working properly.
The kit adds a SuperPINDA sensor and several minor changes—including improved plastic parts for the X and Y axes, several extruder enhancements, and the threaded mounting ears for the Y-axis bearings have been replaced with metal brackets.
