Filament Spectrum PLA 1.75mm 1kg - Pacific Blue
Filament from the Spectrum PLA series in the Pacific Blue color version (navy blue color). The insert is a 1kg spool. Spool dimensions: 200 mm x 75 mm. The filament is made of polylactic acid (PLA) - a material with very good mechanical strength, which is fully biodegradable and harmless to the environment. The diameter of the filament is 1.75 mm. The filament material is characterized by an excellent price-quality ratio and has a much higher impact strength than plastics such as polyethylene or polypropylene. The Botland store also offers other color variants of the Spectrum PLA filament.
Spectrum PLA Pro - biofilament with high mechanical resistance
As its name suggests, the Spectrum PLA Pro Pacific Blue filament is made of polylactide (PLA), also known as polylactic acid. Polylactide is a completely organic material that is mainly obtained from corn starch and sugar cane. Pacific Blue polylactide filament is characterized primarily by high resistance to mechanical damage and is easy to thermo-mechanically process. For these reasons, polylactide is an increasingly popular material used for 3D printing in both hobby and professional applications. What's more, Spectrum PLA Pro is also environmentally friendly, making it an excellent alternative to plastics.
