The MBT20100CT (also known as the MBR20100CT) is an efficient Schottky diode with a maximum reverse voltage of 100 V and a maximum forward current of 20 A. Its single-cathode, dual-anode design makes it ideal for applications requiring efficient voltage rectification. Schottky technology provides low forward voltage drop (from 0.75 V) and a very fast switching time , resulting in lower losses and higher power efficiency. The TO-220AB package simplifies installation and provides efficient heat dissipation.
