Description
The module allows to control the actuators consuming the current up to 10 A using the microcontroller's ports or any commissioning set (including Arduino, Raspberry Pi and STM32Discovery). Optical isolation seperates the control signal from the part associated with the power of relay, thereby providing work safety of the management system.
Connection
For proper operation, it is sufficient to connect the power of the relay coil and the digital control signal. You can manage different signal than the power of the module. Pins are the standard goldpin straps, pitch of 2.54 mm, which enables connection using the popular connecting cables.
The relay has the following pins:
- VCC - power supply of 5 V.
- IN1...8 - control inputs of the relay activated by the low status.
- COM - power of the control signal: 3.3 V or 5 V.
- GND - ground of the system.
- Connectors KF (ARK) - relay contacts:
-
- NC - COM shorted by default
- COM - shared, shorted with NC or NO, depending on the control signal
- WELL - splayed by default
Examples of application
- Driver of lighting
- The driver of actuators
- Switch for electric devices, including motors
