Botland offers, among other things, one of the most important elements that constitute the security of any building - smoke detector. Both in private and corporate premises fire can occur. In the event of such a situation, it is crucial that everyone inside is informed about this fact as soon as possible. The alarm is signaled by the built-in loud siren and all other sirens connected to the system. If the mains power fails during the event, the smoke detector and siren will still work. This is because in the event of such an incident, in addition to constant voltage (12 V) to the device should be connected 3 AA batteries. It is worth noting that the product uses for its work an optical temperature sensor and smoke detector, which works on the principle of detecting irregularities in the scattering of light. Such a solution works perfectly if dense smoke appears. However, if the cause of the fire would be the ignition of liquids and therefore the optical sensor would not detect any alarming signs, the device will register too high a temperature thanks to the built-in thermal sensor and alert the occupants of the building. The equipment can also be used as an audible alarm due to the sound of burglar alarms connected to the same system.
