1. |
Micro:bit- a developmental plate for learning programming. It is based on a 32-bit processor with an ARM Cortex M0 core. It has among others: accelerometer, magnetometer, Bluetooth, LED display 5 x 5. |
1 | |
2. |
FORBOT -a paper edition of themicro:bit course fromFORBOT, allowing children as well as parents and teachers to enter the world of programming in an easy and pleasant way. During the course the reader will go from getting to knowmicro:bit, through installation of the programming environment to building practical projects. |

3. |
Shield Grove for micro:bit V2-ShieldGrove enables easy connection of 4 modules from Grove series to micro:bit board. This allows for seamless communication between all components of the devices under construction. |

4. |
Grove rotation sensor (P)- there is a 10 kΩ potentiometer on the module. Changing the position of the knob (0-300°) causes a linear change of the output signal. The module can be used, for example, to control volume, speed or any other value. |
1 | |
5. |
Grove loudspeaker- the loudspeaker can make various sounds, e.g. horn, doorbell or alarm. In addition, other non-standard sounds are also possible. The volume change function is carried out by a potentiometer on the module. |
1 | |
6. |
Grove ultrasonic rangefinder- this sensor sends out ultrasounds. Based on whether and when the signal returns to the sensor, you can measure the distance between the sensor and the obstacle. |
1 | |
7. |
Grove light sensor- this module allows to measure the light intensity. The sensor function uses a phototransistor. Depending on how much light is detected, it is possible to control various system parameters (e.g. volume of sounds or speed of diodes flashing). |
1 | |
8. |
Waterproof RGB diode tape WS2812 Grove- this is a tape of digitally controlled RGB diodes, i.e. the ones that can shine in different colors. The tape is waterproof, so you can use it for example outside. |
1 | |
9. |
Grove gesture sensor- the sensor is able to recognize 9 different gestures: up/down/left/right, backward/forward, left/right rotation and swiping. This module can be used to build many interesting devices such as a gesture-controlled sound player. |
1 | |
10. | MicroUSB Cable- used to connect the BBC mmicro:bit minicomputer to a computer with a USB connector. | 1
11. | USB type A - microUSB- the cable will allow the module to communicate with our personal computer, from which we will program our minicomputer. The USB cable can also be used to power the board. | 1
12. |
4x 7-segment display module- this module is designed to display 4 digits. It can be used to represent values such as time or distance. |
1 | |
13. |
Red LED- this is an ordinary light emitting diode (LED). Its maximum brightness can be adjusted with a built-in potentiometer. |
1 | |
14. |
Crocodile cables- allow simple connection of modules to micro:bit board pads. |
10 | |
15. |
Grove cables- these can be used to connect modules with a Grove connector with a base plate. |
7 | |
16. |
Alkaline batteries AAA(R3), 1.5 V - are used forpower supply using the battery basket. |
2 | |
17. |
Basket for two AAA batterieswith cable and connector compatible with micro:bit plate. This is the second way to power the board, battery power allows you to move our project to any place. |
1 | |
18. |
A brochure in Polish discussing 12 exemplary projects. |
