The converter designed by Adafruit allows for data exchange between USB and UART interfaces. The module is based on the CP2102N chip , which is very similar to the CP2104 chip. It allows you to transfer data with a maximum speed of 3 Mb / s using the USB type C port. It is equipped with the function of automatic resetting of Arduino / ATmega328 boards, so there is no need to connect an additional button to the pins. The board works with a voltage of 3.3 V , but also works with 5 V signals. On the board you can also find GPIO ports and LEDs.
