Stapler for repairing plastic elements
Repairing broken plastic elements (e.g. ABS or polypropylene) has always been a problem. Not all adhesives are able to effectively hold plastic surfaces, and even if they are, in some cases they cannot be used, e.g. due to contact of the repaired product with food. The solution to these problems is the welding of plastics using metal "staples" (implants) in the form of short, properly formed wires. FlatPro2 Welder is a handy 50 W network welder equipped with a set of 200 implants of various shapes. In addition, the set includes an upholstery knife with a broken blade and cutters that allow you to cut the protruding ends of the wires after welding.
