Description: MLX90614ESF-DAA IR - digital infrared thermometer I2C with medical accuracy
Sensor that uses IR to measure temperature. It works in the range from -70 °C to 380 °C for object temperature or -40 °C to 85 °C for sensor temperature. It communicates via the I2C bus (SMBus, TWI) with a resolution of up to 0.02 °C or interface PWM - 0,14 °C. It has a built-in 17-bit ADC converter that provides the high accuracy of the measurement (below 0.5 °C). The supply voltage ranges from 3.0 V to 3.6 V. This version has increased accuracy in the medical range: from 20 °C to 40 °C.
The graph shows a higher accuracy in the medical range.
The differences between the individual models of the thermometers from the MLX90614 series, can be found inthe chart.
The product is compatible with Arduino On the bildr.org, you can find a sample project with the program forArduino. |
