High-quality universal inserts with a wide range of applications
Electronics assembly boards from Kompania Elektroniczna, before they leave the factory, undergo a complex production process that is carefully supervised at every stage. After the board design is completed and checked, the production process begins with mechanical processing, which consists of milling and drilling mounting and soldering holes. Then, a layer of copper and a tin-lead coating is applied to the surface of the board to facilitate the soldering process and increase the reliability of connections. Then the tiles are laminated and subjected to the path etching process, and a mosaic is applied to their upper surface by photographic and screen printing. In the next stage of production, the solder pads are tinned and a soldermask layer is applied. The last step is cutting the tiles to size and applying a graphite coating. Strict quality control is carried out at each stage of production, which allows for effective elimination of errors and guarantees compliance of the goods with customer requirements.
