Description
Module from Velleman fully compatible withArduinoNano 3.0. This means that it can be programmed throughthe Arduino IDEusing available libraries. Module from Velleman, has a very small size: 45 x18 mm, so it can be placed in small tight spaces, electric wall boxes.
The board contains the ATmega168 or ATmega328 microcontroller, it is equipped with 14 digital I/o, 6 of which can be used as PWM outputs (e.g. for motor control) and 8 as analog inputs. The system works with the clock signal with the frequency of 16 MHz. The module also has: a miniUSB connector, RESET button and pins that serve to connect the AVR programmer.
To start the module, you must connect the system to PC using USB cable and select, inthe Arduino IDE, the Arduino Leonardo board. |
Power
The module can be powered viathe USB cableand the external device, for example, the AC power adapter, the battery or the rechargeable battery. Rechargeable battery or other source is connected to VIN and GND.
Programming
Creating and installing the software is allowed by the free environment of the Arduino IDE. Implemented bootloader allows you to send the program directly viaUSB cable. ISCP connector enables connection of an externalAVR programmer. A detailed description can be found in thedocumentationandtutorial.
