Product description: 3D Printer CR-10 Max
3D printer designed to print models with dimensions of max: 450 x 450 x 470 mm. It is very fast in assembly. Its design is based on the geometry of a triangle, so it is stable and vibrations of the Z axis during printing are reduced to a minimum. It includes two nozzle models to meet different printing requirements. The nozzles have diameters of 0.4 mm and 0.8 mm. The device quickly heats up the entire platform. It has an HD touchscreen and provides synchronous and smooth printing.
Different 3D models require separate nozzles during printing for precision and print quality. The CR - 10 Max Creality 3D printer can provide this. The first nozzle with a diameter of 0.4 mm allows for very precise shaping of even small models. The second nozzle with a diameter of 0.8 mm allows for faster printing of larger 3D models.
The hardware has been improved to allow adequate heating of the platform on which the model is printed. Rapid heating, in turn, allows for better print quality.
The CR - 10 printer extrudes the filament thanks to the BONDTECH gear. Dual gears provide efficient power to the gearbox, and tight fitting materials help avoid slippage and grinding of the filament during extrusion.

The ideal printer for every designer
Designing and building machines and devices containing both electrical and mechanical elements in their construction is a very absorbing activity. At the stage of prototyping and testing, hand tools and measuring devices are very useful, but apart from successfully completed functional tests, the visual side of the prototype is also important. Creality CR-10 Max 3D printer will allow you to print casings of any shape, as well as other mechanical elements, such as gears.
Layer by layer - FDM 3D printing
The Creality CR-10 Max 3D printer produces 3D objects using the Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) incremental manufacturing method. First, a design file in .STL format must be loaded into the printer's memory. From this, the printer control system receives the coordinates according to which the printer head is to move. The extruder picks up and melts the filament, delivering it to the hot-end exit nozzle. Then, the filament is distributed in lines and undergoes a process of solidification, assisted by cooling forced by a fan in the printer head. In this way, layer by layer the physical representation of the digital model is built.
